ABOUT

Not sure how many times I had re-written this about me section... I was not really sure where to start
and what
to exactly write...I guess I can start with introducing myself. The name is Tarissa, pronounced
Tah-ris-sah or like Marissa but with a "T"
I was born and raised in New Jersey, favorite color is pink,
addicted to coffee and love traveling when time allows, even if its just a day trip.

Growing up I never knew what I wanted to do in life. Even after I graduated high school...
I was still unsure which path to go. A couple years after graduating high school I attended
Paul Mitchell the School, graduated, and worked in a salon for about 6 months. I then went into the car
business where I still did hair & makeup on the side. During that time I started a Youtube
channel doing tutorials and beauty product reviews. Eventually life caught up with me
and I gradually decreased the amount of content I posted on Youtube and focused on planning my wedding.
On September 7th, 2014 I said "I do" to Jeremy Rinier. I am so thankful to call him my husband.
I met Jeremy back in January 2008 and we've been together ever since.

In march 2015 I found out I was pregnant with our first child. Once we made the choice to try to grow our family my mind was always thinking about my future child.
Going back to what I said in the beginning about being unsure what path to take in my life... well when I found out I was pregnant... it was that moment that my path
in life was to be a mother. Something that drove me crazy was when someone would say to me "your going to be a great mom," my response was always "I am
already a mother." Once I knew a baby was in there my job was to protect him.

Jeremy and I at our Gender Reveal Party

On November 12th, 2015 at 2:01am we welcomed a 5lb 10oz baby boy that we name Caleb David Rinier.

Today our Caleb is a 4 year old! He is a high energy toddler and is always on the go.  He loves to eat, play and climb. The day he was born we knew our lives
would never be the same.  It's hard to imagine life without Caleb. I feel that he has made me a better individual. Being a parent has given us many challenges
but we wouldn't trade it for the world. I truly love my family. (photo below is from his 1st B-day)
